1 All vehicles must have current licenses and inspections

2 No external belongings are allowed to be stored outside the boat or RV in the rented space

3 Must have proof of insurance or renter’s insurance

4 No vehicles for sale (no signs)

5 No on-site repairs

6 No trash dumping

7 All boats shall be covered, and all covers shall not be torn and should have a good appearance

8 Free Wash Bay used for stored vehicles only

9 Tires must be kept inflated

10 All motor homes must be in running condition

11 Locks on all trailers

12 Only originally approved vehicles can be stored. No swapping vehicles

13 All trailers must have blocks under stabilizers

14 All Motorhomes must place oil trays underneath vehicles

15 No work trailers or derelict vehicles are allowed
